地対空誘導弾パトリオットミサイル

日本の弾道ミサイル防衛を担う最新鋭の地対空誘導弾パトリオットミサイル（ＰＡＣ３）の今後の配備先が9日、明らかになった。政府は2007年度に関東の3基地に3部隊を配備。08―10年度には中部東海地方や九州北部の7基地に12部隊を置き、4年間で10基地・15部隊を全国に配備する。

07年度は霞ケ浦（茨城県）、習志野（千葉県）、武山（神奈川県）の各航空自衛隊分屯基地に各1部隊を配備する。年度内の3月末には入間基地（埼玉県）への配備が決まっている。来年度にかけてはまず首都圏の防衛体制を整える。
